With lineage originating from Australia, Severus spent his pup years living in Hawaii before coming to Michigan. After meeting Severus, there wasn’t a second thought taking him into the family. His personality completed our dynamic from the start and he adapted to the Brucker Creek lifestyle. While he is both loving and easy going, his athleticism is up to par with Lass’ as they enjoy competing in their own version of games. Severus is a natural born leader that has an endless amount of energy. He passes on his charming personality and athletic abilities to the ones he has sired.

With Severus as the sire and Luna as the dam, Duke encapsulates the best of both worlds for his personality and looks. Duke is a top notch athlete that enjoys nothing more than being on the farm with the other animals. He is both large and delicate with life around him. His obedience is outstanding and the patience he carries with young children sets him up to be the perfect family dog. Duke is a prime example of Brucker Creek Border Collies.

Astra Taz is one of the studs we have bred to from another breeder. He was imported from the UK by RiverRun Border Collies. Taz is a serious working dog with handsome features, good nature and outgoing personality. He has sired many pups that have gone on to be champions in the ring, agility, herding, obedience and tracking as well as many therapy dogs and search/rescue dogs. RIVERRUN’S TRICK-OR-TREAT
“Teddy” is a 6th generation RiverRun puppy and is out of “Jess” X AKC Grand CH Terbo Cream Top Singular Sherlock. He is a Grandson of “Astra Taz.” Teddy is very much a family dog and goes with his owners everywhere, whether it’s on walks or in the car. He is a Frisbee nut, at-home dock diving “expert” (and climbs up the ladder back on the dock!). He can even be considered a trick dog extraordinaire (currently working on his titles).
